Title: Recipe For Making Veggie Pulao

Ingredients:

  • • Peas & Carrot (2 Kg, Frozen Form)
  • • Rice (2 Kg)
  • • Cooking Oil (6 oz)
  • • Pulao Masala (35 gm)
  • • Salt (70 gm)
  • • Take 1⁄2 Onion for Frying (200 gm)

Procedure:

  1. First, put all rice into the steel container and rinse with hot water 3-4 times until they are thoroughly rinsed.
  2. After that, take 6 oz of cooking oil and put it in the cooking pot. Slice 200 gm of onion and add it to the pot. Keep frying until the onions become dark brown.
  3. Take 35 gm of pulao masala and add 70 gm salt it to a pitcher. Pour in 3 liters of water and mix well. Then pour this mixture into the cooking pot. Stir occasionally to prevent burning and let it boil.
  4. Then add the frozen veggies (peas & carrot) to the pot. Stir well after adding the vegetables.
  5. Once the mixture boils, add the rice and stir again. Cover the cooking pot with aluminum foil and reduce the heat to low. Let it cook on Dum for 15 minutes.

A flavorful and aromatic Veggie Pulao is ready to be served.
