It’s the sound of the clock counting down to something special. 

At Karahi Boys, we’re always cooking up exciting new dishes and this time around, you’re in for a real treat. If you’re a fan of Pakistani cuisine – or just good food in general – you’re going to LOVE what we have in store for you. 

We’re thrilled to introduce you to five irresistible additions to our menu that are sure to become your new favorites. 

1. Sindhi biryani boneless

A harmonious blend of aromatic spices, tender pieces of boneless chicken, and fragrant basmati rice, our Sindhi Biryani Boneless is a true classic you can’t go wrong with. 

Tender pieces of boneless chicken breast are marinated in a blend of traditional spices, then layered with fragrant basmati rice, golden brown potatoes, caramelized onions, and fresh herbs. 

2. Shrimp karahi

Karahi, a quintessential Pakistani dish, is traditionally made with juicy shrimp cooked in a wok-like utensil called a karahi, infused with aromatic spices and fresh herbs. 

Our innovative twist on this classic features succulent shrimp cooked to perfection in a spicy and tangy tomato-based gravy. 

Bursting with flavor and served sizzling hot, our Shrimp Karahi is a unique Pakistani-seafood fusion that tastes absolutely terrific. 

3. Butter chicken

Ah, the classic Butter Chicken… 

Or – if you’re a true desi at heart – Murgh Makhani. 

Tender chicken simmered in a luscious tomato-based sauce enriched with butter, cream, and aromatic spices. 

The key to achieving succulent, flavor-packed chicken lies in a yogurt marinade infused with a medley of spices, including fresh ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and spices & herbs. 

4. Anda karahi

Eggs are a staple ingredient in Pakistani cuisine, and our Anda Karahi pays homage to this “basic” ingredient in the most delicious way possible. 

Whole-boiled eggs are cooked in a spicy and flavorsome karahi gravy, allowing them to soak up all the rich flavors. 

5. Amritsari goat hareesa (prepared with desi ghee)

A hearty and comforting dish that’s prepared with pure & flavorful desi ghee. This dish is a cherished part of Punjabi cuisine, known for its rich flavors and nourishing qualities.

To prepare Amritsar Goat Hareesa, tender pieces of goat meat are slow-cooked to perfection with cracked wheat, lentils, and an array of aromatic spices. 

The dish is simmered over a low flame for hours, allowing the ingredients to meld together and develop a deep, complex flavor profile.

Note that this dish is currently available in Ontario only.
