You’re craving that lip-smacking flavor explosion that only a Chicken or Goat Karahi can deliver, but you’re thinking…
Maybe I’ll switch it up & go veggie today.
Well, guess what?
Karahi Boys, Halal restaurant is all about catering to your cravings whether you prefer meat or veggie karahis.
Now, don’t get us wrong – our Chicken & Goat Karahis are pretty much unmatchable. They’re packed with spices & love, and they’ve got that sizzle to make your mouth water.
We cook up delicious dishes in a special cast iron wok called a karahi. Our Chicken Karahis feature fresh, tangy tomatoes with fenugreek (for Potohari), cream, and spices.
And if you’re into a bit of spice, the Charsi Chicken Karahi will tickle your taste buds with its black pepper, tomatoes, and green chilies.
But we’re NOT here for our Chicken Karahis today.
Karahi Boys vegetarian Karahis
1. Moti Mahal Paneer Karahi
We take juicy cubes of paneer and cook them up in a spicy tomato sauce with bell peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger.
Then, we let it all simmer in our trusty karahi with a mix of special spices to really amp up the flavor.
Finally, we top it off with some fresh coriander leaves and a splash of lemon juice for that perfect finishing touch.
2. Anda Karahi
Eggs are the most “basic” component of Pakistani cooking & our Anda Karahi celebrates this in the most authentic way possible.
It features perfectly boiled eggs lounging in a pool of spicy, savory goodness. It’s comfort food at its finest and guaranteed to put a smile on your faces.
Other vegetarian specials
But it doesn’t just end at our Paneer & Anda Karahis. We’ve got a whole lineup of Vegetarian Karahis that – though traditional not karahi dishes – are cooked in a wok to impart that unique “karahi flavor”.
Take our Chana Daal Karahi, for example. It’s like a warm hug in a bowl – hearty lentils swimming in a sea of aromatic spices.
You can pair it with some fluffy basmati rice or tear into it with fresh pieces of Naan.
Either way, you’re in for a treat.
Now, if you’re a fan of leafy greens (and even if you’re not, this dish will convert you!) you must try our Palak Paneer.
Tender spinach leaves, creamy paneer, and a blend of spices all coming together for a flavor profile that’s exceptional.
It’s wholesome. It’s delicious. It’s guaranteed to make you a believer.
And last but not least – our Anarkali Bhindi. Fresh okra cooked to perfection in a tangy, spicy gravy that’ll keep you coming back for more!
We’ve got something for everyone at KBoys.
Looking forward to seeing you there in the Pakistani restaurant.
