Paneer specials!
First up on the list is our delicious Moti Mahal Paneer Karahi. Rich cubes of paneer are cooked in a spicy tomato-based masala with bell peppers, onions, and garlic & ginger. The paneer is then simmered in a karahi along with a blend of ground spices to give it that distinct karahi flavor. And finally finished off with a sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
For all the paneer lovers out there, our Palak Paneer is a must-try as well. It’s made by blending fresh spinach leaves into a smooth paste and cooking it with paneer cubes in a rich tomato-based sauce. Anarkali Bhindi (Okra)
A delicious Pakistani & North Indian meal featuring bhindi, a blend of whole & ground masalas, onions, and tomatoes. The okra is cooked until it’s slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and the dish is finished off with a squeeze of lemon juice.
